Patients may receive billing statements via email, text, or mail. There are many convenient options to pay your bill. Lower portion of billing statement will include various options to pay your bill.
Pay online via patient portal
The easiest way to make a payment online is to log into your AdvancedMD Patient Portal account and make a payment. Patient Portal offers a convenient and a secure way to send messages to the practice, review upcoming appointments, complete patient forms, choose messaging preferences (text/email/phone call), review account balance, and make a payment. If you want to create a new patient portal account or want to access your patient portal account, click the patient portal link at the top of any page on this website, or click the link below. If you are having difficulty creating your patient portal account, please contact our office at (302) 478-6199. Our office can email you an invitation to sign up for patient portal.
Pay online via Inbox Health (requires information from billing statement)
If you do not have a patient portal account, you can pay online by clicking the link that you received in the billing email or text, or by going to the payment link listed on your mailed billing statement. You will need the patient’s account number & access code listed on the statement, and patient’s date of birth to make a payment. You may also make the payment by clicking the link below:
Pay by check
To make a payment by check, follow instructions in your billing statement. Make your check payable to Serene Minds, LLC (or Serene Minds) and include your account number listed on your billing statement in the memo section of your check. Mail your check to our billing office at:
