A. Phone menu during business hours (9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)
Please call 302-478-6199 and then:
Press 9: To leave a message for refill coordinator regarding prescription refills requests. As of 11-1-2020, all refills have to be requested either by leaving a message on this line or by filling a refill request form online at serenemindsllc.com/refill
Press 1: To reach current patient appointment line (schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments for existing clients)
Press 2: To reach new patient appointment line (to schedule first appointment)
Press 3: To reach provider by first two letters of First Name (For e.g. “SA” for Dr. Sandeep Gupta). For multiple matches, follow the prompts.
Press 4: To reach provider by extension (see extensions below)
Please leave any message related to treatment concerns directly on extensions of the providers. (Press 3 or Press 4 as explained above)
Press 5: for all medical records requests (to reach Janet Skomorucha)
Press 6: to reach office manager
For any billing concerns, or for making a payment over the phone, please call our billing company Medico Inc at 800-549-2090 or the phone number listed on your billing statement.
Press 0: If you require immediate assistance, or are a patient or pharmacy with a prescription prior authorization request concerns.
B. Phone menu during non – business hours (Before 9 am and after 5 PM Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays)
Dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room

Press 7 – To reach an on-call clinician for psychiatric emergencies during non-business hours
Press 9 – For prescription refills (no refills are processed during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays)
Press 3 – To dial by name if you know the first name of the clinician or staff member you are trying to reach
Press 0 – to leave your name, number, and a brief message for our front desk staff and someone will get back to you during regular business hours
Non-business hours phone menu has limited options. If you are looking for more options, let it play two times without making any selection and the full menu will play automatically.
